AZ LLC LAUNCH is a private company that helps newly-formed Arizona LLCs get started. We are NOT a government agency. We are not affiliated with the State of Arizona, the Arizona Corporation Commission, or any state or federal office. We earn money by selling websites and services to business owners who find us useful — never through compliance fees, fake government notices, or hidden charges.
What we do
Every week, thousands of new LLCs are formed in Arizona. Most of those owners are first-time entrepreneurs, and most get overwhelmed by mailers, paperwork, and conflicting advice in their first 60 days.
We send a welcome packet to every new AZ LLC, point them to the free resources on this site (an AI assistant, a permit checklist, a vetted vendor list), and offer optional paid services like a $14.99/mo managed website if they want one. That's it.
Who's behind this
AZ LLC LAUNCH is an Arizona-based project focused on helping new business owners. We started this because new business owners in Arizona deserve better than the scammy mailers most of them get.
How we make money
Subscription websites ($14.99/mo), optional add-ons, and small referral fees from vetted partners. We never charge for the things our resources or AI assistant tell you to do — those are free and always will be.
